Five Peppers Mix

La Chinata Five Peppers Mix is a cocktail of flavours in which we find a selection of the varieties of green, white, black, allspice and pink pepper.

On the one hand, the green, white and black pepper are obtained from the same plant but their colour is different due to the treatment applied when harvesting.

On the other hand, allspice is not really pepper, since it is a berry that is picked when it is unripe and then dried in the sun, taking its typical brown colour. Its flavour is a combination of clove, nutmeg and cinnamon, which give dishes a very peculiar touch.

Similarly, Pink pepper is also a berry and has a very characteristic and aromatic flavour in which the sweet, citrus and a slightly spicy and fresh touch blend.
