This product has been elaborated by hand under strictly controlled conditions of time and temperature. It is a totally respectful utensil with the environment because cast iron is mixed with other materials of natural origin without chemical additives. Likewise, it has been subjected to a transformation process in induction furnaces that work under wind and hydroelectric energy. For each unit, a unique sand mold is used that is later recycled to make a new one.
Advantages of cast iron
The result is a product that is highly resistant to high temperatures, does not deform and is very durable over time. In addition, it is coated with organic canola oil that protects the iron from external damage such as stains or scratches and provides it with great non-stick capacity.
