How do you use it?
It is made with the Jaranda and Jariza pepper varieties and has a slightly spicy, aromatic, and smoky flavor. It is ideal for potatoes, octopus, cheeses, pasta, pizza, gratins, sauces, stir-fries, stews, meat and fish casseroles, meat dishes, soups, rice dishes, hummus, and a host of other dishes.
